"Top-As" & Wine Pairing

The team at Food For Thought Kitchen (formerly of Sagra fame), is bringing a tantalizing trio to the winery from 5:30-7:30pm. Guests will receive three generously poured flights of wine to accompany the tapas Chef Gabriel and his team have created. Set among the energy of our tap room with live music and Fall celebration games, this is an event that will carry you into the season with flair.

de Lorca: Texas Tempranillo Pairing
Spicy chicken liver crostini, grilled figs, onion confit, Marsla reduction
Pan con Fava fava bean crostini, walnuts, red pepper, raisins, crispy kale, dried cherry reduction

El Campesino: Texas Merlot Pairing
Chorizo fritatta Spanish style quiche, chorizo, potato, spinach, manchego cheese and pisto (Spanish style ratatouille) 
Mushroom goat cheese empanada, egg, smoked mushroom, and goat cheese pastry, piquillo pepper coulis

El Suave: The Blind Watchmaker Blend (Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon)
Hill Country lamb albondigas, Spanish meatballs, puff pastry, grilled onion, agridolce
Chick pea croquette, braised fall vegetables, Tahini, Romaneso sauce

Ready for more? For an additional $8, feast on a bowl of authentic Paella with chorizo, chicken, shrimp, and mussels and order a glass of your favorite wine from the bar. Now we're really settling in.
